How soon should I book a Night Nanny?

As soon as possible. We book up months in advance. Occasionally we may have a Night Nanny finishing up with another family. We know its a big decision. starting interviews asap, is highly recommended. One thing to mark off your To-Do List.

Qualifications:

Doula or Newborn Care Specialist Certification

CPR certified

Up to date on TDAP, TB, and Flu

In depth reference check

Caring, reliable, and knowledgeable 

Insurance coverage

What can I expect from my Night Nanny?

A smiling, and experienced face to greet you every morning. We strive to provide excellence. Each caregiver cares for your newborn as it was their own. We will do anything Mommy and Baby related. Every morning you will receive a report on how the night went, and any suggestions that may help you and baby the next day.

Mommy and Baby Related tasks:

Clean/Sterilize bottles and breast pump equipment

Changing diapers

Burping

Feeding

Settling baby after feeding

Changing diaper pale

Changing baby clothes if baby has spit up/diaper leakage

Baby laundry (if time allows)

Breastfeeding assistance 

Sleep training guidance/ Setting up for Sleep Success

Mom Support
